In my opinion and not just because I own the OP 41 Silver dial, I feel it may be one of the most versatile references that Rolex offer. My SD 43 gets most of my wrist time but I have not been able to take the OP 41 off in the nearly 3 weeks since purchasing it. I can't really tell, but I do like it. Otherwise, the Tudor 925 is quite nice and I love the silver GS dials. Current Mechanical Rotation: Rolex Explorer 124270, Rolex Datejust 126200 Fluted Dia l, Rolex Explorer II 226570, Breitling Navitimer B01 43, Omega Seamaster 300M Black, Omega Speedmaster 3861, Panerai Luminor Marina 1272, Grand Seiko .

I've tried the white dial on. It's very flat and didn't honestly do anything for me. Out of the two, silver for me. It's a more interesting dial (although I do like the romans on the white). If you're considering silver though I would definitely throw rhodium in as an option. I still believe that the silver DJ is a classic dial. The blue stick dial is a darker shade of blue than the Azzuro blue. If you are looking for a classic look, then go for the silver. Otherwise, the blue dial DJ with fluted bezel is a great option as well. The OP 41 124300 has the same movement as my no date Sub (3230, I believe) and is extremely accurate. I love having a Rolex with a lighter colored dial like the Silver as a break from the 2 Black dialed Rolexes. I wanted to take the second photo on top of the ‘Rolex’ run but this was my first time on skis in five years and my legs/quads were freaking cooked.

The DJ36 is on my want list and I'm considering either blue or silver. I like that the blue gives off more a modern vibe (IMO of course) while the silver may be more the classic choice. In either dial color I'd want the fluted bezel, jubilee bracelet, and sticks.
