I have the LAST black Fidji ( yes, you read that right) on hold at Goyard San Francisco right now with Ryan. This will be my first Goyard but I need YOU to convince me to get it! Give me reasons other than it's discontinued! I am seriously itching to get my hands on a green fidji, however, i read here that it's being either discontinued or redesigned. Can someone pls clarify which of the 2 is true? I wonder what'll replace the fidji?? The Fidji Hobo that we all love, is no longer available. (Gosh, and I love the Fidji too, sigh) Goyard has stopped producing that bag, in preparation for a new bag that they plan to launch. The next bag, I was told, will be designed and be sold by next year still. The latest addition in the Goyard Core Collection and the hobo bag that replaced the now discontinued Fidgi is the Grenadines. The leather part is a welcome addition because it reinforces the canvas thereby preventing rips where the handles attach to the body of the bag.
